I have been training with Bill at Kcal Fitness for just over 4 years now. I have a physical job and Bill helps to keep me strong and functional so I can be at my best. Most notably, Bill recently helped me through an ACL and meniscus tear. I was in the gym before my surgery getting as strong as I possibly could and I was back in there post-surgery gaining my strength back with confidence under Bill's watchful eye. As a very physically active 56-year-old, the effort to stay fit gets harder with age. Over time, my injuries increased with little to no recovery from various paramedical treatments.
