Tim and the Komputer Zone/Bull City Mobile Repair team were amazing. While getting a PC Tuneup at a Big Box Store, my harddrive crashed and I went into panic mode. Tim immediately worked me in and he installed a new solid state harddrive and helped me recover all my files from OneDrive. He also did all my updates for Windows and even checked in with me on Monday to see how everything was going. His customer service is ABOVE and BEYOND and his prices were more than reasonable. I will recommend him to everyone I know. If you need help with your mobile phone, tablet, laptop, etc - this group of folks can help. They will even wipe your old devices so that you can safely recycle them. Thank you, thank you Tim! I am forever grateful for your help, support and compassion. You rock!

I give this place 5 stars!!!! I went to this location just to see if my phone was repairable being that the screen was unresponsive. I went under the impression that my phone just needed to be upgraded and that maybe it was time for a new phone. I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and all that was wrong was moisture under the display screen. They replaced the screen and everything was back to normal!! They were very fast and respectful!! Very great prices also!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a phone repair!!!!!
