Called Kwikfit over a period of 2 days re replacement of my car battery which was flat. I found Kwikfit Manager Liam to b extremely helpful at all times. On arrival at the garage both Liam & his colleagues were able to replace the battery & have me back on the road within 90 minutes. First class service would highly recommend to prospective customers. Unfortunately for me my second visit in less than two months. On the plus side both Liam and Abu were a pleasure to deal with and provided me a great service once again. Kept me updated from start to finish and when I couldn’t get back in time to pick up my car, they ensured the car was locked up safe and sound inside the premises for me to collect the following morning. Great service and would highly recommend this branch. Thanks guys……….

Went in as the tyre sensors came on . Liam and his team were amazing . They took the tyres off 3 tyres needed replaced sourced one of the tyres from another branch as they didn’t have it in stock .so they could be fitted on the same day we had been warned on an mot a month previously that the tyres were going to need replaced . Great job and very helpful great team and communication from Liam was excellent I would highly recommend using this branch as we had always used Mercedes . But will use this branch from now on as we were very happy with the service and Liam and his team are an asset to Kwik fit . They took their time to explain and show me the tyres re the situation they were in. As I was watching from the window. Excellent service .

Quick, easy and pleasant. Professional service and customer care. I went to replace my old wheels with new rims and everything went smoothly. Manager Liam was very communicative and polite. Good cooperation. I recommend the workshop on Saughton Road,Edinburgh and the team.

Perfect service. Called in the morning to get a Sam day appointment. Can book via the online if preferred. Liam was so helpful and understanding. Done a great Extra look over the car. Did not wait long for all the works to be done. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Easy to access the venue and great deals in store and online. While we were waiting a woman turned up with concerns of a sound and was told there would be a wait but they would be happy to give the car a once over. Very nice to see a company that is still willing to help people. There is a membership package available with Kwik Fit. Very impressed and great service for a Sunday when most things are shut
