They canceled an online order for an SSD without any notification, probably after they realized it was priced normally and not gouged up like everything else at the moment, and tied my money up for a week, no communication from them whatsoever. Do not order online from them,they are not equipped for running an online business.

Edit: I have learned to deal with Windows 11, and I now have a computer that keeps going in the world when my husband’s won’t work with some things. The man who helped me was respectful and fixed my computer rather than selling me a new one. Their policies are good. I would probably go back here. ——- I had a positive experience initially, though I did have some concerns about him automatically installing Windows 11 on my new hard drive. Now that I deal with problem after problem because he installed Windows 11 rather than reinstalling my old OS, I don’t want to return. It’s probably a decision any typical computer person would make (hence the average rating), but I am not a computer person. My equipment and my brain don’t play with Windows 11. The store is clean.

Use their data recovery service with caution! I took my SSD here because they offered a data recovery service. As my drive was very damaged, I had to place a $400 deposit that was refundable in the event that data was unrecoverable -- this was in writing. Unfortunately, the data was not recoverable and apparently neither was the deposit! I called and spoke with multiple representatives over the course of months -- each time being promised that they would call me back later with more information. I never received a response or my deposit.
