While I have frustrations with the operational procedures of ubreakifix - one issue being that you choose the appointment window time but then are still made to wait in the queue as it builds defeating the purpose of an appointment window and making it VERY difficult to estimate when to arrive. For anyone working during their open hours of just 12-5, this makes it nearly impossible to actually know when to go and makes the entire process extremely frustrating. However, I'm still leaving a 5 star review because the workers here are incredible. When I arrived there was a line out the door and every worker remained pleasant and patient with each customer, even the ones that were very frustrated and impolite. I was super impressed. In particular, Efrain is the one reason why I will return to ubreakifix over and over and will honestly not go anywhere else because of him. His customer service is second to none and he truly went above and beyond to help me. He offered a temp phone when I said I couldn't drop my phone off due to being on-call, he offered to stay late to fix my phone when I said I could not wait in the 3 hour line, assured me he would be the one to personally fix my phone (over trainees) to expedite the process and finally, when I took him up on the late offer, he brought out a bag of chips to my kid who was struggling to wait patiently. I truly cannot express how incredible Efrain is and because of him I will go nowhere else for electronic repairs.

Great service, quick and helpful. I took my phone in because the screen had been busted internally somehow to where it didn't work. They were busy but had me out quickly. They were straight to the point with a good estimate on how long the problem would take to fix. I had been helped Efrain and would absolutely come back and request him again if I need anything else fixed.

Very disappointing experience at uBreakiFix. I took my phone in because the screen protector was lifting. I waited 2 hours, and the very next day the protector completely lifted again. When I returned, the staff told me they had installed the wrong protector and that my phone requires a special one because it folds. I left it again and waited another hour. Three days later, the same issue happened again. When I went back, the staff became unprofessional and upset, and then told me I would have to pay $30 for the repair. My phone is still under warranty, and Motorola confirmed that this repair should not cost me anything. If they don’t know how to properly fix a device, they should be honest instead of wasting the customer’s time. I do not recommend this location due to poor service and lack of professionalism.

I brought my Samsung 23 Ultra in for a screen repair at 2:00 PM on yesterday. I was advised that my repair would take some time and was advised to return tomorrow after 1pm to pick up my device. I guess the service rep was unaware of the new store hours when he advised me to return on a Saturday to retrieve my device as I drove to the store today and the door was locked. Now I will have to go all weekend without my device not being able to pick up until noon on Monday. If the gentleman would have advised, I would have waited until Monday at noon to drop off for repair. I have had to reschedule meetings for community service projects for the holidays due to no phone. Would not reccommend

One week ago today, I broke the screen on my Google 7 Pro and it would not do anything. I switched phones on Saturday,10/18/2025 and couldn't remember any of my passwords. I couldn't even access my Google account because I forgot that password , too. It took a great deal of effort, but I finally figured out the Google password and changed it. After realizing that I still could not transfer my data, I decided to try the referral given to me by one of my new friends. I brought the "busted" Google 7 Pro to "ubreakifix" and spoke to Efrain M. I told him what happened to my phone and asked if he could manage to transfer data for me. After spending just a few minutes with him, I felt reassured that he could help me gain access to the information on my picked up my phones. I came back around 4:55 to pick up my phones. I am very impressed with my results. The transfer of information is complete and I am more than happy with the services provided. I will recommend 'ubreakifix" and Efrain M. (Jr.)to any and everyone I know if they should ever need this type of service.
