Bought a sofa with a five year protection plan. After 2 1/2 years two of the couch cushions split open at the seams where they were sewn. We submitted a claim and were told, based on the photos we submitted, that the splits were caused by normal wear and tear. However, we were never instructed to submit photos. I don’t know what photos they were looking at. We don’t have pets or small children. It’s easy to see that the cushions split open due to poor craftsmanship. We had a La-Z- Boy interior decorator come to our home and we bought everything that she suggested in her design. The five year protection is a waste of money. We are very disappointed in La-Z-Boy.
Excellent experience. I was given space to look over a large showroom with the available recliners, try them myself and when I had questions- they were competently answered without any pressure. And perhaps most importantly, the comfort, quality and comparative value to other places made it an easy decision for me. Highly recommend this location and my salesperson Shawn.
I've been putting off buying a new sofa for a very long time. So this was an experience for me. A very pleasant experience. I'm really happy that I chose La-Z-Boy Amherst. The woman that helped me was very welcoming. She absolutely knew what she was doing, very professional. She made my experience easy and enjoyable. So happy that I did not shop around to other furniture stores. I've had my eye on La-Z-Boy furniture for a very long time due to their reputation.
Great service. Nice people work there. Delivery was 3 days. And, the quality is so good. I love La-Z-Boy rocker/recliners. They last forever. So comfortable.
Lazyboy has a great product that we've used for decades. When it finally came time to replace our 20yo recliners, we didn't hesitate, and headed right to the Lazyboy store. There, we were warmly greeted by our sales person, Nicole, who listened carefully to our questions and showed us various chairs that met our criteria. She gave us the space we needed to make our choice, and followed through with the paper work to complete the sale. Delivery was arranged and occured promptly and on time by two capable and friendly young men., concluding a very satisfying shopping experience.
