I have been wanting a new loveseat since I got rid of my LAZBOY reclining loveseat and extra long couch that I had for over 25 years. Walked in and bought the first loveseat that I sat on. It was perfect! Maurice Miller helped me and was absolute amazing. I was completely satisfied with his knowledge and excellent customer service. Can’t wait for it to be delivered!
So, hubby broke his hip and his old chair rocks and is soft. So, we went to look for a new chair. Our salesperson knew just what we needed. We chose a power recliner. With a higher base. It is perfect and my husband just loves it. Two day delivery. Even better. Handsome chair is the best way to describe w.
Vanessa was very knowledgeable. She suggested 4 or 5 different chairs, etc. before settling on this loveseat. It was delivered when expected and very professionally.
We had a wonderful experience. Our sales associate Vanessa Thames greeted us promptly and was very friendly and helpful to my 93 year old father in law. She listened to my father in law's requirements in a recliner and she showed him 3 options that fit his needs. She also explained the differences in the models and he was able to make a choice he is happy with
Mike gave excellent customer service. We purchased without hesitation since we were previous customers. Our last La-Z-Boy couch we had lasted at least twenty years. It would have lasted longer if we had purchased leather instead of fabric. This should be our last couch ever. In twenty years, my wife and I will be in our 90s. We love La-Z-Boy!
