I've been to multiple other optometrists in the area and hands down feel the most comfortable with Dr. Schauffele. Everything is always explained to me in a way I can understand as opposed to other places I have been where the doctors don't volunteer much information about what is going on. On top of that it is a welcoming environment with smiles and good vibes abound.
Just completed my annual eye appointment with Dr. Heidi and as usual I find her to be the most thorough, professional, competent and kind doctor. I make a 3 hour drive one way to come to this wonderful office she has created. Anthony was a new person for me to meet and he was just as wonderful as Dr. Heidi. I wholeheartedly recommend you make an appointment with this office now for all of your eye care needs!
I had the most wonderful experience today at Schauffele Optometry. The staff is so kind and very professional. Dr Heidi is a jewel. You can tell that she really loves what she does and is so very caring. Anthony is so very professional and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to let him research my insurance because I thought I had not very good coverage. I was so pleasantly surprised with his result and I left paying a very small copay. I highly recommend Schauffele Optometry!
I found Schauffele through my insurance network and visited for my 2 year old daughter (her first visit to the eye doctor). Dr. Schauffele and the team were great and had a calming presence for my daughter. I really appreciated their quick work to help us get on calendar quickly and get insurance in order, too.
I have not experienced such personal and conscientious care in any medical field, including optometry. They did every diagnostic test possible, took so much time to make me feel comfortable, I never felt rushed, or that I didn't matter. The staff went above and beyond to work together to provide a warm and safe environment. I left with my prescriptions and so much extra advice. The entire staff was wonderful. From booking to appointment to after care. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. Follow up: I came back in to order my actual glasses, and the staff was attentive, knew exactly what would look best on my face, took measurements, and provided my new glasses promptly as stated. I am beyond satisfied with this business.
