These guys are great! Great customer service and transparent about the repairs. Highly recommend.

Great place if you dont know about it. Can and will do about anything. If they can not, they will breakdown to include photos as to why and what the issue is as to why with repairs. And if they cannot, it almost can't be and needs to be replaced by the manufacturer. Sometimes the wait time or turn around time can be long, small staff, but well worth going here rather than other MUCH WORSE places like U-Fix-It on Nicholasville Rd. They are garbage, they lie, and they will destroy your equipment and tell you that it was like that and they just couldn't fix it and put it all back together. Brought my laptop in not really knowing what was wrong with it and these folks got me taken care of. The young fella with the strong country accent was the one helping me and I wish I could remember his name because he did a great job. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. You can tell he actually cares about doing things right. Fair, honest service and I’ll definitely be coming back if I need help again.

Highly recommend this place. The young man who helped me I think he was from the country and I’m sorry I can’t remember his name was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain what was going on with my laptop and how it would be fixed in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or talked down to just really well taken care of. It’s hard to find service like that anymore and I really appreciated it.
