I found this place through Google and decided to give it a try. I had just come back from a long trip and was dealing with severe back pain, to the point that it was uncomfortable to even breathe. Linda did an amazing job. She was attentive, skilled, and truly knew what she was doing. I left the session pain-free and feeling so much better. It was an excellent massage. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning.
The therapist's technique was very professional; they located the acupressure points accurately and applied just the right amount of pressure. After the treatment, my scalp felt much lighter, and my previously tense nerves were completely relaxed.
Five-star rating all around! From the moment I walked in to the final blow-drying and styling, the entire experience was flawless. The environment was elegant, the techniques were top-notch, and the service was attentive. The hair washing and conditioning process was incredibly enjoyable; the massage pressure could be adjusted to my liking, and I felt completely relaxed afterward. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone who's considering trying it!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not make the mistake I made and come here. Worst experience ever. None of the services are luxurious or even match the price point. I feel like I was robbed at this point. The head spa was the absolute worst experience. It was not relaxing at all. Ive had better hair washes at a hair salon that was free. I didn’t get any mask, no massage or any of the services listed online. She kept digging her nails in my scalp. My head felt raw and sore afterwards. She also had no clue how to do curly hair. ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH $100!!! The massage was subpar and weird. In the middle of it, she opened the door and allowed people in the lobby to see in the room…mind you I wasn’t fully clothed. At the end, the lady working there forced me to take cash out to pay even though I told her over 10 times I wanted to pay by card. I reluctantly take the cash out. Then she demanded a tip. I ended up giving $10 due to the constant harassment and that wasn’t enough. She demanded $20 over and over. She stood in front of me and. blocked me from leaving while yelling “$20!!!”. Never and I mean never step foot in this place.
Really REALLY bad. Got the hair treatment and from the moment I walked in, I had a bad feeling about the place. I was pressured to pay for the service in advance (I declined). The bathroom was DISGUSTING, the whole place felt unsanitary, and the service left me speechless… not in a good way. 🤢 A few terrible things: The woman who did the treatment walked out of the room 4 times to get who knows what and ANSWERED THE PHONE 4 TIMES DURING THE SERVICE!! We were also interrupted twice by someone coming in the room. She sprayed water all over my face because she wasn’t paying attention. She massaged my feet then didn’t clean her hands before going back to my hair. She used a disposable cloth on my face, washed it in the sink with the DIRTY water from my hair then used it again to “clean” my face. Pretty sure she put foot cream on my face too. I felt so tense the entire time and was just waiting for it to be over. Honestly I should’ve just walked out but I kept trying to tell myself it would get better. To the owner: do NOT answer the phone when giving a service!! How crazy is that?! So rude and disrespectful for someone paying $100! Overpriced and gross.
