The Magnolia is an amazing place and at the heart of it rests Miss Julia. From the jump she was amazingly kind to my friend and I. We sat at the bar and had some drinks, cracked some jokes, drew some questionable doodles on napkins and hung out with some locals. Everyone was so chill and welcoming. The drinks were great and the vibe was immaculate. To Julia, I do hope the loop earbuds help. Thank you for being so dedicated and wonderful. Oh yeah there was also a concert going on. It was badass and the sound quality was better there than some of the arenas I've been to. Additionally, shout out to the security team here. I appreciate you taking my concerns seriously and going above and beyond to make us feel safe. The little check ins calmed my anxiety and I was able to bounce back from a near panic attack and enjoy the rest of the show.
This event took place in the future, sat nov 8 at Mags. There were military vets playing songs they wrote and backed by some of the best musicians Ft Worth has produced. People were blown away and many vets found community and connections that really helped them regroup and move towards a new purpose. You should have been there and brought your foxhole buddy ride or die. Also, a teenage mutant ninja turtle MC’d the event.
Great music and awesome vibes! It has a great neighborhood bar feeling to me 🥳🥰😍 also love that they have The South Austin Moonlighters perform ❤️
Nice place clean and comfortable. Great beers on tap. Good sound for the band.
We went to see Lily Hiatt and had a great time. The acoustics in the club were great and the bartenders were very friendly.
