Definition of Trustworthy! We called about an AC issue, and instead of just sending someone out and charging us for a visit, they honestly told us it was a plumbing problem. That kind of honesty is rare these days—so many companies would have taken advantage of the situation. We’ve also used them for both AC and heating issues, and every time the service has been professional, efficient, and high quality. It’s clear they truly value their customers, and that builds trust. From now on, they’re the only company we’ll recommend!
Worst experience I have ever had with an AC company. They came out the first time and said the unit was low on Freon. They put in a little over pound and it was working fine. They recommended cleaning the AC and came back the next day to clean it. Suddenly during their cleaning they notice a hole in the coil about the size of a small screwdriver puncture or ice pick. Now the coil needs to be replaced. That will be $4,500 before the discount for tearing up the walls at the bottom of your attic stairs. Also originally charged sales tax for residential AC labor and argued it with me until I guess they looked it up, then removed it. Finally charged my credit card for almost $400 over what the final invoice stated. When I called to ask why so much more, they said oh we had a miscommunication with our staff and the amount we charged you was correct, not what we invoiced you. Unless you want to spend $5,000 to fix a $200 problem, they are not the company for you. Watch them around your equipment or you could suddenly get a hole in your coil they “missed” the day before.
It’s been a while since I ran into an honest company that does the job right and fix only what is needed. They fixed another company’s work and was prompt. They are great at communicating and make the process easy. They don’t zip code up charge or charge more. When other don’t want to come take care of a client, they want to come and take care of you.
