I recently completed my physical therapy with DaRell Springer, and I must say that I'm very pleased with the results. When I first started physical therapy to treat my shoulder I could barely lift my arm without it causing pain. Now, I'm able to do it without any discomfort, and have slowly been adjusting back to my gym routine with shoulder exercises. Thank you DaRell, I greatly enjoyed our time working together.

As a fellow healthcare provider, I was thoroughly impressed with the care I received here. From the excellent facilities to the amazing staff, it was a fantastic experience. My physical therapist, Greg, was particularly outstanding. His expertise and knowledge were critical in getting me back to a healthier and functional lifestyle. Prior to working with Greg, I was unsure if I was going to be able to do the same physical activities I once did prior to my injury. However, through his coaching and prescribed exercises, I was able to regain full function over time and I am back to living my life to the fullest. I've been active in sports all my life and have been a distance runner for over 10 years. Recently, I started physical therapy at MedStar Health Physical Therapy, and so far, I've had a positive experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist in any way they can. The physical therapist I'm seeing is knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really listen to my concerns. While the outcome is still to be determined, I truly appreciate their encouraging approach, which can make all the difference. I look forward to continuing my therapy and seeing where it leads!
