West End Pediatrics provides exceptional care with a warm, welcoming staff. The doctors are attentive, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen to both parents and children. Appointments run smoothly, and the environment is friendly and comforting. Highly recommend for families in DC!
Getting an appointment was difficult enough, but when I finally arrived, they refused to see my son because we were two minutes late. Two minutes. The doctor even screamed at the receptionist to hide behind ‘policy.’ If this is truly their policy, it’s outrageous, and they should have informed us beforehand instead of ambushing patients with it.
I have never felt comfortable taking my daughter here. We never received a warm welcome from any of the staff members. In fact, they have been consistently rude each visit. I was encouraged by family members to try to stick it out with this practice since they were familiar with my daughter’s medical history (since birth) but at this juncture it serves us no benefit to entrust people with the care of my child who are ill-intended. Shame on them.
The absolute best pediatrician ever. Dr. Ariza has been seeing all three of my kids since birth and we are so lucky we found her practice. She is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and truly cares about her patients. I wish she were my doctor. Every concern we have she answers and makes us feel validated in our parenting.
I have been taking my children to Dr. Ariza’s for years now and she and her staff have always shown the highest level of care for my family. Dr. Ariza has saved us many a visit to the ER by going above and beyond with her care, and I appreciate the front desk staff for squeezing us in the schedule on busy days. And my kids love the colorful office! Parking can be tough around this location, but that’s to be expected in this area.
