I chose this florist because I loved the atmosphere of the shop and had hoped to use them for my wedding flowers. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I contacted the store in advance regarding my wedding bouquet and communicated via email. At no point was it clearly explained that without a final reply, no bouquet would be prepared at all. I believed the process was underway, and there was no indication that arriving on my wedding day without a bouquet was a possibility. When I arrived at the store on the morning of my wedding, I was told for the first time that nothing had been prepared. This caused significant stress on what should have been a joyful and calm day. While staff attempted to make a bouquet on the spot, the situation itself should never have happened. The bouquet I received also did not appear fresh at the time of collection. This was noticeable immediately, not later in the day, and was not due to mishandling. I have photos taken shortly after collection that reflect this. What was most upsetting was not just the flowers, but the overall experience. The confusion, stress, and disappointment on my wedding day significantly diminished what should have been a special moment. I later received a response suggesting that my experience was inaccurate and placing the responsibility solely on me. This felt dismissive rather than understanding. My review reflects my genuine experience as a bride and was written honestly. I cannot recommend this florist for wedding flowers based on my experience.
I love the flowers and roses, I have ordered over 8 bouquets over the years and continue to come back. I sometimes order an hour before I need them and they’ve always had them ready. Thanks team!!!
The shop has a beautiful space with an impressive range of flowers that can be arranged into genuinely stunning bouquets. They also offer premade options at the front, and those look just as striking. I’m surprised by the older low reviews, most of which are from over three years ago. Their service has clearly improved since then. The staff wrap bouquets with care and add their own distinctive touches, giving everything a polished, professional finish.
Absolutely beautiful. I love walking past this shop often and love it more when you’re inside. Such a beautiful shop with so many beautiful flowers. Sometimes you can even smell the flowers as you walk past ❤️ the staff are also very helpful with assisting you and guiding you to make the perfect flower bunch that suits your taste and thought.
