When your delivery drivers are rude and inconsiderate. I explained to her that I had had neurosurgery the week before for brain aneurysms And she continued to berate me and be sarcastic simply because she couldn’t get out of the parking spot and I parked in front of her for less than five minutes. It’s a simple reminder that you don’t know what another person is going through when you start be raging and being rude to them and to continue to create and be rude to them when I’ve explained to you the medical condition. The level of sarcasm was astounding. I always thought people delivering flowers would be pleasant and happy people clearly not at your establishment.

The lady was so kind and accommodating, helping me picking flowers 💐the flowers is fresh and all I could say that I am very happy with their service, will definitely coming back. Recommend if you want to have amazing quality flowers with reasonable price!
I’ve been to this florist on two different occasion to get graduation banquets and Lauren was just so so so amazing! I can’t thank her enough !!! She put together such beautiful banquets that look stunning in photos. I’ve recommend this place to so many colleagues, friends and families as it is the best florist in the CBD with 10/10 banquets and 10/10 customer service. Thanks again Lauren!!!!!!!!!
