I’ve shopped at this store several times and every time customer service the absolute best. I’ve bought monitors, prebuilts and they always do their best to help you. Yesterday I had to get repairs on my pc and it went super smoothly getting that setup as well as finding what we needed. My wife just got a new setup and we were trying to find what she likes. Pink is the easy choice. Luckily David Fischer helped us find not only pink but insight on what could function best. Again thank you for your help!
Had a great shopping experience with the associate Val Ponferrada. They helped me find a cpu for my computer, a new case, and talked to me about current market trends for components (RAM crisis of 2025). Sometimes walking into stores with lots of associates I get worried I’ll be constantly berated with “need any help today/looking for anything” which can sometimes ruin a shopping experience. Val was very straightforward and knowledgeable.
Christopher Stagnaro was amazing! That guy KNOWS his stuff. He wasn't pushy either, just full of knowledge and respect. Very customer friendly. My son bought items on the other side of the store but he knows to go to Chris for his gaming needs on his next trip.
I can’t say enough good things about my first experience here. Lots of people offered to help. Very knowledgeable people. I drove 2hours both ways to get what I wanted now, instead of ordering. When I got there, I kind of priced checked them and they were cheaper or spot on with everything, I looked up. They helped me load up quite a few things to take with me. Fortunately, when I got home, something wasn’t perfect. I was either gonna have to make a trip back to the store. That’s four hours of driving. I was able to chat with somebody who put me in contact with the store manager, who realized it was a big effort on my part to come back for something small, they made every effort to make it perfect. They went above and beyond, because it really wasn’t something they had to do, it was my choice to drive that far not theirs. Excellent customer service. Thank you Benjamin, and those who helped him, help me.
Went to visit for a power cord that I really couldn't find anywhere else. Most places were trying to sell me an entire new charger for my computer but the power block still worked, I just needed a new cord to plug into my power block. Reasonably priced power cord was about $11 and it works great. I was pleasantly surprised at how much this place has to offer. Kinda reminds me of McKays except a focus on tech instead of books. The employees are very nice as well and they helped me find what I was looking for in the mass volume of stuff they have around. It was neat how many 3D printers they have as well.
