I brought in my steamdeck as I have been having issues with it for a few months now, and I don't trust myself to fix it. The customer service was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they kept me informed of the repairs and what they had done! The price was extremely reasonable as well. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone in need to repair their devices! Well deserved 5 stars
I went to this location after an absolute disaster of a phone repair with another location in town. Gunner and Luke were extremely considerate. I felt confident that I was in good hands. They were able to confirm the shortcomings of the other location while remaining professional. While I was able to find a resolution with the first location, I was still disappointed that my phone still wasn't working as it should. I was able to bring my phone into the Kenwood location at my convenience and I feel as though I was their first priority, all of this without charging me a penny because they made sure to make the repairs under the warranty. Very much recommend this location over the others. Thanks fellas!
Very knowledgeable staff. Felt very comfortable with their service! Got my phone screen repaired and it only took about an hour! I think I did come at a nice time this afternoon but it was fast! And I did shop around and they had the best price in town.
