I had a great experience at Mobile klinik .I bought a phone and got an awesome deal. Manager Aman was very polite, helpful, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made the process smooth and stress-free. The store is clean and decent, and customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!

My Samsung Z Fold 7 screen went completely black, so I called Samsung Customer Care and explained the issue over the phone. then they told me to visit the nearest Mobile Klinik store for a warranty repair. When I walked in, there were two staff members — one girl and one guy. They asked about the issue and I explained clearly that the screen was black. They checked my phone and then asked if I had ever dropped it. I said no. The girl even called her manager, and the manager apparently said it should be okay. But then the guy looked at my phone and told me this won’t be covered under warranty because you put the phone down and caused damage. He pointed to a small scratch on the outside and tried to use that as a reason. This led to some argument between me and that staff member because the scratch was very tiny and unrelated to the screen blackout. I left the store, called Samsung again, and explained what happened in the shop. then Samsung told me to send the phone directly to them instead, so I couriered it. Samsung repaired it and sent it back to me in just 4 days of the time— I didn’t pay anything, and it was fully covered under warranty. So clearly the small scratch was not an issue, and the Mobile Klinik staff tried to deny valid warranty service. I did not appreciate that experience at all. not recommenting this location.

Worst possible service. My smartphone which was still under 1 year warrenty needed charging port replacement. They asked me to submit my phone for couple of hours as they need to open the phone for that. Once I got my phone back after service, it started giving antena issue( I was not getting any calls on my phone), which was never an issue with my phone. I went back to them and they said they need to order the antena for it now. It took them 10 days to get the antena and they never called me from their side to inform me that the part has arrived and I can bring my phone to get it fixed. I went there again and then they replaced the antena. The staff told me that 'Its normal when we open the phone for some issue, some other issue can arise or something can break while fixing one part'. I was like 'What's that excuse and what kind of expertise is that in the work you do everyday' Or Is it the way to make more money from company for products under warrenty, that you deliberately create new issues while fixing one ? Can never forget the hastle and inconvinience I received from their side.

I had a great experience at this mobile repair shop. Kajal helped me out, and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She explained the issue clearly and gave me the best solution without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was quick, reasonably priced, and my phone works perfectly now. Highly recommend asking for Kajal if you need any mobile repairs!

I came to buy an open-box Samsung mobile. The price was fair, and the staff (Brett and Gul) were friendly and professional. Recommended. After a year Update: As Telus has taken over this shop, you may find good phones but check your options like OpenBox.ca which is just a couple of blocks on the north side of the mall maybe or visit their website for good deals.
