The people at Moore Music are kind, helpful and they foster a family feel at the store rather than just a business. They clearly want to help and to make things simple. We needed a new string on my daughter’s violin. They helped me pick it out, fixed it on the spot at no additional fee and tuned it. I was on my way in 10 minutes. Great experience!

It has been years since I last visited your store. I teach piano lessons to 3 students and, living in Winston Salem, I bought music from Jackson Music Company. They recently went out of business and there is no music company available here. I knew I could find it at your store. I visited there yesterday and was very pleased with your wide variety of music available. You had what I wanted except for the theory book, level 2A by Faber. Your store is ordering it for me and will mail it to me when it arrives. I wish it could be mailed to me without the shipping charge but that's ok. Thank you for a great music selection! I have nothing but great things to say about Moore Music Company! We rent a saxophone for school through them and it was such a seamless process to rent and affordable pricing. My son also attended the summer camp provided by them and had a great experience! Next month he will be doing a trial run of piano lessons, and once again the process was seamless to set this up and I cannot wait for him to begin. Fantastic customer service!

Stopped in for my favorite Dominant Pro violin strings and couldn't say no to an adorable violin Christmas ornament. Dave Doyle is the absolute best at providing the musical accessories I need, at a competitive price compared with larger retailers. Brian Blauch provided excellent customer service at the front desk.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Moore Music Company! From the moment we walked in, the store had a warm, welcoming vibe. The layout of the instruments and bookshelf was professional, making everything easy to find. We weren’t sure what to expect since this was my daughter’s very first step into music, choosing clarinet for her school band. The entire team greeted us with smiles and attentiveness, which immediately put us at ease. Sam was especially helpful—he walked us through pricing clearly, signed us up, and had us set with a clarinet, sheet music stand, and books within minutes. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I highly recommend Moore Music Company for anyone with musical needs. They made our first experience truly enjoyable, and we’re excited to return in the future!
