Ryan from Mr. Rooter and his assistant did an amazing job replacing my main sewer line including excavating and a clean out. They were fast, affordable and very knowledgeable. They even made sure that the space was clean, leveled, and looks amazing after the job was done! I highly recommend them!
This company is great. I needed my water heater replaced and needed some education on the process. Stellar job from all employees involved. And when Ryan and his assistant came to my house to do the work, they were so friendly, kind, informative and respectful of my property and time. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the system works and set up my system with long term use and maintenance in mind. I would recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave reviews either, but this company and employees deserve it.
John came out to fix a bad valve at my home and did an outstanding job. Not only did he handle the repair quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to educate me on several other plumbing-related items around the house. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand what’s going on. I really appreciated his honesty, patience, and the quality of his work. I would absolutely recommend this company, and John specifically, to anyone who needs plumbing service. Top-notch experience from start to finish.
Josh did a great job installing a pressure valve regulator at the water meter and also a new faucet in my bathroom. Joshua was efficient and worked tirelessly all day, digging and installing. He listened to my concerns, gave advice and went right to work with a fair price. I am very pleased with Mr Rooter and their team. They were exceptional in their attention to Kindness and Respect in their customer service. Highly recommend!!!!
Saved $1800-$2000 over Morris Jenkins we have been with MJ for years and have a preferred member discount with them which we will be cancelling. The technician John from Mt Pleasant NC was very informative made it a point to give us all options. He stayed until 7:45 pm making sure everything was installed completely and correctly. If you want to save money on your plumbing issues definitely call Mr Rooter they came out same day and John worked very hard to make sure we had hot water same day.
