I live in a mobile home and my pipes froze. A new pipe had to installed with heat tape. It was a several hour job. Both gentlemen from Mr. Rooter were very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything they were doing. I am happy to say I have water again thanks to them. I highly recommend Mr Rooter.
Fantastic service. On time and the gentleman who did the work was engaged and enjoyed talking to them. From my first call with making the appointment and to the end of work, I enjoyed it. The speed of service and craftsmanship is first class! Worth paying premium. Gavin was fantastic, the other Young man was impressive, he did the initial assessment and I really enjoyed his conversation (impressive young man). As a first time customer to Mr. Rooter, I decided to schedule an inspection because I was impressed by how incredibly kind, caring, and responsive Carissa, the receptionist, was. I was then equally impressed by Aidan Snesrud, the plumber who they sent to fix the issue I was having with the water line to the fridge. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient with the many questions I had, and willing to educate me about the things I needed to know to feel confident with the work he did. It was an all around great experience, and I highly recommend their services. Thanks Aidan and Carissa!
Broken and leaking shut off valves in kitchen. No pressure to hot water on faucet. Aidan did a great job explaining everything, and made clear what was being done. He ended up putting three new 1/4 turn stop valves in, replaced some of the copper piping, and installed a new faucet on my kitchen sink. Everything looks great, and works great. He gave us quotes on two other recommendations, but I REALLY REALLY appreciate that he didn’t try a hard sell. I understand prices of things are up, but I felt it was a bit pricy. On the flip side, Aidan was out to my house 30 minutes after I placed the call, the work was finished within a few hours, and everything is working perfectly. I don’t mind paying for fast effective service.
Needed someone to come out and take care of a clog. They were able to send someone over right away, and they came at the exact time they said they would. Drew was a consummate professional; he helped me understand my different options and select something that worked for my budget. He also gave me advice on future preventative care for the pipes. I’m not sure how the price compares but if you need fast, professional service I’d go with them, snd ask for Drew!
