I've been remiss about writing this review as it's been almost a year since we bought our piano here. We had been looking to trade in our upright piano for a baby grand and Jeff helped us immensely through the whole process. There were so many options available in the store and with Jeff's input, we were able to narrow our choices down and finally selected one that works so well in our home. We couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly, from our visits there to try different pianos and make our selection, to our trade-in, and to the final delivery. You also get a free initial tuning. I highly recommend this business and if/when we decide to upgrade or change our piano this will be the first place we check.
Had a wonderful time watching my two grand nephews at their piano recital. The teachers, students, and the Music Exchange made it a fun experience for all.
Worst experience. My initial reason to go here was to browse at the options of what I would buy. I did see a piano I wanted and was intending to buy it. The pianos are not handled with care by the people who work here. I tested each piano and found that a majority of them were way out of tune. When I did find one that was in tune, I changed my mind from browsing to purchasing it. There was a couple with a child with them at the day and time I went in there. The couple were not watching their child. The child treated the store like their own personal playground. The salesperson did not ask the parents to get their child to stop. I did not receive help in the shop.
Matthew helped me a lot. Walked in looking for a temporary piano to rent and I ended up getting a great piano. They do not offer rental but their pianos are so good it would be silly not following their advises. I will be back next year after taxes and upgrade my beautiful Yamaha G5 for a C7 and I really can’t wait. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. The piano came with a year warranty and 5 years parts coverage so I’m looking forward to working with them again soon. I was nervous about buying so fast But They really made me feel at ease and gained my trust right away.
Fantastisches Einkaufserlebnis! Jeff hat mir die komplette Palette der Yamaha-Digitalpianos gezeigt und mich sowohl über die Bedienung als auch über die Leistungsmerkmale jedes Modells informiert. Letztendlich habe ich mich entschieden, dass es zwei Modelle gab, die meinen Bedürfnissen entsprachen, und Jeff war sehr hilfsbereit bei der Auswahl zwischen den beiden. Ich würde das Music Exchange uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es ist schön zu wissen, dass es ein echtes Geschäft gibt, mit echten Leuten, mit denen man sprechen kann und die beim Kaufprozess helfen können. Die Lieferung wurde zeitnah geplant und äußerst professionell durchgeführt. Danke!
