Lubna and her staff were all amazing and super helpful and patient with me as I worked out my insurance and even called my insurance company to get a manual approval for me so I was able to get my exam and new glasses. Thank you again!!
Lubna the General Manager was wonderful. I was able to pick out my frames and have my order completed in 30 minutes, just in time before they closed. The staff all got along and were pleasant to talk to. I’ll be back next year!
My experience there was great. The staff was very helpful and kind and there was just a great energy there. I’m glad to have an eye doctor that I feel comfortable with and feel like all my needs are met!
The staff are extremely unpleasant and lack customer service. On 12/27/2025 I visited the store. when I say the lady behind the counter was extremely unpleasant and lack customer service is should be a crime, while the male co-worker stood behind the counter leaning on the desk looking me up and down. They had a "we dont care" attitude about trying to get an exam. Even laughing with each other about how customers won't be able to use benefits by end of the year. Visting this store made my skin crawl from their 😈 attitude. Go anywhere else this place has negative staff that simply don't care.
Unfortunately my experience with Visionworks was not as good as the other customers. It would have been helpful if they indicated that the retinal test could have been done with the dilation drops for no charge vs. being charged for the electronic version.The cost was not the issue but if they offered the choice I think that would have been more respectful and forthright . I understand that the latter provides as more stable history down the road for the Optometrist, as described by her, but feel the option should have been offered nonetheless.. I also did not have any assistance picking out frames, only after I picked around 20 possible choices, was someone able to help me narrow it down. I guess I was use to more personal attention at my previous optometrist. What is most upsetting is I never got a call letting me know they were ready. I finally called in after a month, thinking that it just might take that long for , it was indicated that there was a glitch in their system and they forgot to contact me. They did apologize;however, they should have seen them sitting there that long and called. I will be picking up my glasses to see how they are, hopefully there is no glitches with them.
