I had Jeannie do visits for my dog few months ago. I did not see anything in beginning but one day she called me while I was at work and she was suppose to come to see my dog. She was not able to close garage door and was very anxious and frustrated and also blamed my dog for frustration. He is an excited dog and needed a calm and collected person. After that I stopped asking her to see my dog and found someone who has been with him for a year now with no issues.

I gave Jeannie 5 stars a year ago and I would give her more stars if I could. She is Lucy and Zoe's (my dogs) favorite person in the world! She is available 24/7 and cares more about animals and their safety than she does humans (haha! In a good way). Jeannie is always consistent, punctual and communicative. For every walk she takes them on, I get photos and updates. She even thinks of them at Christmas time. I highly recommend Jeannie to trust your pets with! Thanks Jeannie. See you soon! 😁

I'm so upset to be completely honest. I originally had brought my Senior dog to see Jeannie only one time. I can not tell you how much I had appreciated the visit that one time. Basically at first I believed l that I would be essentially establishing a regular basis grooming arrangement. So after email messages were sent back and forth trying to arrange a convenient time to return. I was told basically once my dog was treated for his ear infection she would then see him . However the first time she had seen him it was just after treatment. Which possed no issues as he was medicated. Which again he would be meeting medicated once again. There was only one vet advice was to not have water go into the canel. Which was successful. Long and Short of this is that I was trying to arrange grooming all summer long for my long haired dog that basically could have been seen by someone else. But I was under the impression that she and I would be working towards consistency. No consideration has been taken in regards to my dog that basically can not see where he is walking he's confused as a result. How can you not feel for this little guy ... It's troubling enough with the arthritis, and having to be taken out several times throughout the night can and has been so challenging and unfair to him to say the very least. And now with no response from my email which I had been waiting for so that my dog would not have to continue to wait longer. This has gone on for longer then it should have. As well considering that his first visit was sufficient, appreciated but nothing more then convenient at the time. So much sadness that this poor guy has been going through. Regardless of him being a senior dog . He has always been playful and interested in just that Playtime and walks . Now I can hardly get him to the front lawn 5-10 feet from the door. I can't even imagine really other then his actions how he truly feels. Getting lost and confused in his own home as a result of this .. MLD .. PET SERVICES.. Wow!! How absolutely pathetic what a misrepresentation and poorly chosen business name ...

We have now used Jeannie of MLD pet care services for regular dog walks and for overnight pet care. We have two high energy dogs and two cats, one of which with special dietary needs. We are so happy with everything Jeannie has done. The animals are very comfortable with her, she very clearly cares about their well-being. Jeannie was a professional from our first meeting. Anyone with pets knows how much of a relief it is when you can feel confident they are being cared for in your absence. Both times for multiple nights we returned to our home as clean as we left it and pets that were not stressed, fed, and cared for. Jeannie is an excellent communicator and keeps us constantly updated on all walks, meals, etc so we didn't have to worry while we were away. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeannie's service and we are very glad we found her!

I've been using Jeannie since September of last year and I'm very happy. She is flexible, reliable, and very good with my dogs.
