Avoid these scam merchants at all costs ! All the 5 star reviews must be fabricated as the experience ive received isnt worthy of a star let alone 1. I ordered a sofa under the homeowners promise by Tristen that as I currently didnt have a house to live in but hopefully I should by the delivery date that if the house fell through I would receive a full refund. My house fell through with the 14 day cool of period so should of legally been allowed to cancel it ( Christmas eve i got the info) so I went into store and it was closed due to it being Christmas eve . I then spent the time since Christmas eve till today (23rd January 2026 ) ringing the customer service line 48 times with no response ! Not 1 answer by anyone, ive sent countless emails to every available email address I can find for the company ( completely ignored ) been into store twice a week
Went in and thinking they didn't have what I needed, Tony helpfully asked what I needed and directed me to a great offer. It never felt pushy or sales-ey, and I ended up buying a whole suite perfect for what I needed. Tony was very accommodating with arranging the delivery and dealing with a change in my plans. All round a great service, and a brilliant store for a bargain.
We have bought our first home which is a very special moment of our life so we visited all of the furniture shops in Manchester nearly everywhere . But the service, the variety, the quality, pricing, the option we saw at ncf Living was Amazing. A huge thanks to Tristan @Manchester who gave us the best customer service and explained us about every product that we were purchasing his details and knowledge about every product at the store helped us choose what would be best according to our home. To anyone who visits ncf living at Manchester ask for Tristan he is the best.
Some stunning furniture in here, it’s like an affordable furniture village. Saw the table I want after months of searching. No sales staff following around like vultures either. Looking forwards to coming back
