We have used the service a number of times and have been really pleased with the options available. The ability to select items which support all our staff needs: gluten free, vegetarian etc makes my life so much easier.
Deliverys always made in plenty of time, great selection of sandwiches, all very fresh and tasty, plates and napkins provided.
Everything about South Catering is brilliant. The food itself, the choice/options, the ordering process, customer services... You know how most organisations say they put the customer first? Well, South Catering live'n'breath it. In a panic I phoned up the other day and got a *same day* sandwich platter delivered - UTTERLY FANTASTIC!! Totally my fault for not planning ahead, but they helped anyway. Stop looking, you've found the best.
We often use south catering for our client visits, internal meetings, conferences and other events we hold in our office. South are always offering a great deal of selection and tasty items on their menu. Allergen and dairy requirements always taken into consideration with the options the have available at a really affordable cost. I wanted review about our most recent order in particular in which was for 20 people and very last minute was able to add to the order - 5 extra covers - with no issues from the team at south (sorry I didn't get a name of the lady who helped me). Furthermore, there was terrible traffic delays in Manchester the day our order was supposed to be delivered and before I even had time to query I had an email from Hayden informing me of the potential delays they were facing because of this. I called around 12 (order due to be delivered a 12:30) to ask if we had any update of the time scale and the lady on the phone was certain that it wouldn't be any more than a 15 min delay on our original delivery time - yet again without any delays may I add South Catering pulled through and delivered the food on time despite the terrible delays around the city. The communication from the team, the effort with their customers does not go unnoticed, and that is why we will continue to return. Thanks! Abbie, HGF Limited.
