As a neighbor to a client of Dennis’ company, a fence was installed over 1.5’ across real boundary line into my property without my permission, and from what Dennis tells me it seems like his company regularly encroaches on properties without consent or permission, pushing well beyond the legal metes and bounds (maybe seems like a short term value-add for clients, but really ends up being a clusterF for all, sooner or later.) When real encroachments are documented and remediation demanded, Dennis may eventually capitulate and send (months later, without coordination or consent from real property owner) workers to trespass on property and begin some half-baked remediation which only partially solves the self-created encroachments, it only requires greater rework and unnecessary pain for all. And when the real property owners demand a full and proper remediation to remove the original unauthorized encroachments, Dennis frames it as if the encroached upon property owners should compromise some portion of their land for what he encroached upon. Get your lines, and your act, straight.
Joe and his guys did an amazing job. We were in desperate need of a runner for our dogs and on a tight budget. They went above and beyond what I expected. Very happy with results! Will be using them for future projects no questions. *Please excuse backyard mess, work in progress*
