Not sure why, but the customer service left something to be desired, at the print counter at least. I was waiting for the woman behind the counter to finish her task, to help me with some business cards. Another associate came to assist and beckoned to the man behind me to help him first. When I told him that I was waiting to be helped, he told me the woman I was waiting on could help me. I went around to talk to her about the business cards I needed. They only do decent same day business cards online. 🤦🏾♀️
I love going here! I shop here for our office supplies for work. Employees are wonderful and super helpful. They have the best pens, pencils, printer paper, as well as notebooks!
This location was the only one that had the laptop I was looking for.....I needed it asap to work from home. I purchased online and same day store pick up. Thanks Office Depot. You're a lifesaver!
Desiree provided outstanding customer service at the print shop despite the location being understaffed! She also created a quality product for my office!! She was most professional, patient and was the same with every customer as she multi tasked to try and help everyone so they would not have to wait as long. Will definitely be coming back!
