I recently printed a set of 40 bookmarks with this specific Thomas Printing, and was astonished at the ease of the process, low price, quality, and great service. I first went in to get a quote and was told 10 front and back full color pages would be around $20 (if they didn’t cut them, which would add another $20). After checking with the UPS and Office Depot close by, this was the cheapest price - and honestly very reasonable in my opinion - So I went with them. The order was placed mid-afternoon and printed in the morning the very next day. Upon collecting the bookmarks in the morning, the desk worker informed me that she had forgotten we had decided not to cut them, and handed me 40 perfectly cut and packaged bookmarks. I was prepared to pay for the cutting I didn’t ask for, but lo and behold!! She insisted that I not pay for it-since we had decided not to and the mistake was clearly on their side. On top of that, the quality of the bookmarks were just what I was looking for. In a perfect world, I would have done a color test or two before printing everything but-for bookmarks made for a small church bible study, they were perfect!
Not impressed, I had to go up there twice the quality of work was not good at all. I deliver these prints to my customer and they were not Impressed. I try to get a refund, the guy just trying to fix the problem didn’t think he wanted to give me a refund. Honestly never going back to this company again. I got treated like a child. Even the workers there saw my disappointment and told me to go to a different store but I was not going to drive to Addison when I live down the street from this place.
