I always enjoy visiting - the team is friendly, helpful, and truly customer-oriented. The store follow the latest trends while still keeping its own unique and authentic vibe. What can I say - but this shop and its owner are worth 6 stars! I had recently had some ordering difficulties, (my fault but being ‘older’ is my excuse), and they have been SO HELPFUL! It feels so affirming to have such a brilliant fashion retail store give amazing care to their clientele. I can attest to anyone shopping here, you’ve made the right choice! Plus, you gonna look marvellous!
I really love this store for the amazing brands, but I find the customer service extremely rude and condescending. As a born-and-raised East Van girl, I have been an avid fan of One of a Few since its inception. But in the past couple of years, I have stopped dropping by because of a specific sales associate. I have walked out twice now without buying something that I really loved because my experience with her leaves a really awful taste in my mouth. I don't like to leave reviews like this. But at this point, I felt compelled to because it genuinely upsets me that when I'm looking to spend my hard-earned money on local designers, I'm being made to feel like I shouldn't have the audacity to even step into the store, let alone touch the clothes. I'm pretty sure she is a designer herself… I think she reworks the button-downs? It just doesn't feel good!
