We went here as a weeknight date while we were in town, staying at the embassy next door. This place was wonderful! Service was great. They had plenty of reservation times available same day. The views are GORGEOUS. The windows look like the wrap around the entire restaurant, so you will always have an ocean view. We started off with a house of the rising sun and an old fashion! They were delicious. Portion sizes were just right. The food pricing was very reasonable too. We will absolutely be visiting again! Such a good date night spot.
We were seated with the ocean view and it was beautiful. The sushi and drinks were pretty delicious! Just wasn’t the biggest fan of the entrees. We got the short rib, jumbo scallops, and salmon. I’ve seen much bigger scallops so I was a bit underwhelmed.Our waiter was also not very attentive, he kept spilling our drinks and we were waiting a long time for everything, it wasn’t all that busy either. But we’ll have to come back for brunch
I had a wonderful first time! The atmosphere was wonderful we sat under the tree! There was plenty of space, and our server Steven was absolutely fantastic!!!! You should ask for him! He kept our waters filled gave us recommendations and space like we enjoy. Drinks were wonderful I will say they did taste slightly strong (not that anyone’s complaining) and wonderful food I definitely recommend the Peruvian roll!
Modern yet classic decor. Beautiful views of the ocean and shoreline. The food was delicious! The coconut chicken curry soup was rich and a little spicy. The pork wontons were crispy and golden. The Son of a Gun cocktail was perfectly balanced sweet and tart.
My wife and I recently visited, and I have to say wow! We started with the Pork Pot Stickers, and they were spot on yummy. We also had the Orion’s House Salad, and we really enjoyed that as it was very delicious. For entrees I had Singapore Rice Noodles, and my wife had the Orion’s Chicken Pad Thai, and both were very tasty. I also had the Yellow Tail Hamachi Jalapeno Roll, which was so good and tasty! I will say the best of this visit was our waitress, Katie!! She was so knowledgeable and went over the menu with very meticulous detail. She also gave us quick tips on what to see looking out the windows. Her excitement and love she expressed for her job is one we shall not forget! I have been to many restaurants, and I don’t remember most of those who served me, but Katie will not be forgotten nor will this restaurant. If you go, I hope you will take time to enjoy the spectacular views and the wonderful employees.
