I highly recommend this Perth home cleaner! They are extremely responsive to messages, very flexible with their availability, and always arrive right on time. The quality of their cleaning is amazing — the house feels fresh, spotless, and so well taken care of after every visit. It’s been such a smooth and reliable experience, and I’m really grateful to have found someone so professional and consistent. Avoid this company at all costs. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience was unacceptable and others should be aware. I booked an end-of-lease clean for a small 2x1 apartment with a balcony. The quote was for an 8-hour clean (two cleaners, 8 hours total). I was assured that if more time was needed, I would be contacted to approve and pay for additional hours. I agreed and paid in advance for 4 hours. On the scheduled day (Monday), the cleaners attended and notified me that an extra hour was required (half an hour per cleaner), which I approved and paid for. I was then told the carpet cleaners were turned away because no one was home - something never mentioned in the quote or emails. This caused delays, forcing me to reschedule carpet cleaning for Thursday, despite having a property viewing on Tuesday. When I inspected the apartment after the initial clean, I was shocked at the poor quality. Multiple areas were untouched, despite assurances that carpets were vacuumed. I raised my concerns and requested the company return to complete the job. Please refer to images 1-6. After several emails, they agreed to provide two additional hours on Thursday, citing a failure to notify me of extra time needed. No apology was offered, and no acknowledgment of the substandard work. On Thursday, I was again told more time was needed which I found to be absurd given the 11 hours in total they had already been there for to clean a 2x1, I declined. After the second visit, the carpets and apartment were still in poor condition, even though I paid $280 for steam cleaning and flea treatment. The company claimed cat fur could not be removed, yet I was able to vacuum it myself in under 10 minutes (please refer to the before image numbers 7-8, last image number 9 was after I vacuumed). In total, I paid $828.20 for what was supposed to be an 11-hour end of lease clean, carpet steam clean and flea treatment, and the results were unacceptable. The company repeatedly emphasised they are a “time-based service,” ignoring their commitment to complete the job properly. They refused a partial refund despite clear evidence of poor service and communication. I have since lodged a complaint with Australian Consumer Law who have advised this business should be in touch within 7 business days to address my concerns. This company failed to deliver on its promises, provided inadequate cleaning, and demonstrated poor communication and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding them.
I've been using Perth Home Cleaners for years. They're reliable and thorough. I usually have the same person and she's very hard working and meticulous, but if she's unavailable someone else will replace her that week without me having to worry. I'm very happy with them.
We hired Perth Home Cleaners for a vacate clean and couldn't be happier. After arriving as agreed, then discussing what areas needed deep cleaned, Perth Home Cleaners smashed it out and identified other areas to tackle. The result was great, and was even commented on by my property manager as one of the best he has seen. Will definitely use again, thanks again.
