We recently booked with SuperPro to do our end-of-lease clean and carpet steam cleaning. They did an incredible job! Jigme was very helpful throughout the process, with any questions answered in a quick and friendly manner. The clean itself was flawless. First of all, this is not a malicious review, I just want to objectively explain my extremely unpleasant cleaning experience with Superpro. I booked a vacant clean (bond clean) with superpro about 3-4 weeks ago. Last monday was our cleaning day, They sent two cleaners to do our house deep cleaning. We left them a full day, but unfortunately we were shocked when we back the house at 4:40pm that day to check the results of the cleaning. The following pictures are enough to illustrate our feelings at that time. All corners of the house could be wiped out with fingers, hair could be seen in the bathroom, water stains were clearly visible in all the sink containers, and unbelievably they didn't even bring the toilet brush, etc. I can hardly imagine they were really here to do end lease cleaning. After a phone call with superpro's manager on Monday afternoon, he promised to arrange someone else to come back the next day to fix it, but we had agreed with the agent to hand over the keys on Tuesday morning, and because of the unprofessional cleaning staff arranged by superpro, we had to go to the agent to re-arrange the time to return the key. On Tuesday morning, Superpro's employee Sonam came to our house to fix and clean. Since the renegotiated check-out time with the agent was changed to late afternoon, my husband and I helped to clean the house because we couldn’t trust Superpro's arrangement anymore and the time to hand over the keys was approaching. My husband even cleaned from 9:00 till 11:00am. After lunch, cleaning was finally completed, Sonam had done a great job. If a professional cleaner like Sonam had come on Monday, I don't think all the problems would have happened. Out of how unhappy we were with the experience and the extra time and labor we put in, we would like to negotiate with Superpro's manager to see if the final cleaning cost could be reduced by $50, (2 bedroom 1 bath granny falt, no carpet, no outdoor area included, previous reservation price was over $500), The manager was very rude on the phone and ignored our request, even shouted F*** off in anger and hung up the phone. I chose Superpro because I was attracted by the high ratings online,but after this experience, I can't believe all the reviews online are true.
