Staff does not seem to know products. Asked for placement of Kona food and they did not seem to know anything about it and told me somewhere on aisle 5. Never found it. Went to this store to find Fussie Cat and finally found on floor after 6th trip down isle 5. One brand of food at other store $1.99 per 5 oz at this store is $2.48 (Natural Balance). Store was clean, but no customer service.
Our Doodle gets groomed by Courtney Rediker regularly at Pet Supplies Plus. Courtney is both friendly and professional. Our dog looks great every time! And she’s happy to see Courtney when I drop her off and happy when I pick her up. Good experience!
I've been coming to this location for about about four months and I would love to see more options for frozen cat food since they need a high protein diet. The cashiers are great and I can see their true personality instead just being a robot. Some of the staff who work on the floor at times seem to not like helping me find something or disinterested in a conversation. I understand having a bad day because we are all human but it makes me feel like a bother.
Incredibly warm and welcoming staff, even one groomer stopped to welcome our dogs (even though we weren't get grooms or baths) and overall was a cheerful and lovely experience. Will be back and thank you for carrying Earthborn Holistic ❤️❤️❤️
