Thank you Jade for being so wonderful this morning on a Saturday. Your smile was infectious and your personality is incredible. It makes shopping at Petsmart a happy place with my pet one thing I will say the management team is lacking for sure. I don’t know how regular employees like Jade are so happy and sweet and welcoming when you walk through the front door and so helpful when you’re checking out but the management team walks around like they’re pissed off and mad because they have to be at work Petsmart work on your management or elevate people like Jade people who are happy to be alive and at work and thank you for keeping the parking lot clean kindly Petsmart and always making sure adoptable dogs are available in your store and kitty cats. Happy holidays everyone and many blessings. Jade you’re a awesome 👏 lady
Went to get a black Moore to add to my goldfish tank. Would not sale me one I have a 20 gallon tank natural tank with live sand substrate that has 1 small young goldfish in it right now. My tank has 25% clean outs weekly and clean outs every 2 weeks-3 weeks along with filter changes every two weeks. I know that goldfish produce lots of waste so keeping it keep is a must. For a young goldfish this is fine and they can be transferred to a bigger tank after they get bigger to a 40-50 gallon tank.Knowing about fish is more than just a google search. One associate was getting me a black Moore that I have been in search for, for a while and a man that was helping someone else interrupted her questioning me about my purchase. All your tanks have tons of dead fish in them that look to have been in there for days with 20 or more fish in tiny tanks. Almost all y’all’s betas are almost dead. I guess I should have just lied that I didn’t have any other fish. This fish would have been better in my tank vs a tank with tons of dead fish floating around in a tank that is actually over crowded. These fish where also on sale till Nov 9th meaning no ones buying them. Guess y’all would just rather them die in your store.
Lari took care of "Libby" for us and did a good job in grooming her.
We adopted our first kitty here a few weeks ago after seeing her online and I just wanted to say how wonderful every employee was at this location. The staff here all seem to really care about the animals here and were very helpful & knowledgeable during the whole process beginning to end. Thank you for a memorable adoption process and I hope more people acknowledge what a great team you have at this location.
We adopted Bandit, formerly Diego, and could not be more happy. He is a sweet boy with a ton of personality. The staff was amazing with giving us all the information they had to help us with our decision.
