We arrived knowing what we were looking for, so we didn't browse their clean and nicely laid out store much. Mark described the washer we wanted, answered all of our questions, processed the purchase transaction, set us up for delivery, and kept us informed until it was delivered. He did all this with kindness, professionalism, and efficiency, so I would definitely shop there for appliances again.

I just bought a washer from Shawna and she is so lovely. She's very knowledgeable and efficient, plus I feel like I have a new friend. I wanted to have a great Experience instead of going to a big box store. This store is gorgeous and did not disappoint. I can't wait to get my washer.
Needed to replace our microwave that fits in a custom cabinet and requires a trim package. Donna was great walking me through the measuring process and asking clarifying questions to ensure we got the right size the first time. Trim kit was back ordered, but came in quicker than we thought, and Donna kept us informed the whole time. Great customer service and easy payment online. All we had to do was pick it up. They even disposed of our broken microwave. 100% recommend Texas Appliance!
Krishna was so personable, helpful and answered all my questions. He managed to get us quick delivery and checked with us the day of delivery. Excellent installation crew. They were careful, efficient and able to maneuver through three doors close to each other. The setup was done quickly and expertly. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience.
