Pretty terrible experience from start to finish. I booked an appointment and arrived on time, only to find my barber still cutting someone else’s hair. No big deal I figured I’d wait a few minutes. But after he finished, he just walked away, and I sat there for another 15-20 minutes with no acknowledgment. No check-in, no greeting, nothing. None of the other barbers even looked my way. When my barber finally decided to start my cut, there was zero conversation the entire time. Honestly felt like I wasn’t really welcome from the start for whatever reason. Vibes reminded me of LA, but I wasn’t one of the cool kids lol. I could let the above slide, but to top it all off, the haircut itself was really subpar. For $70 plus tip, which is higher than most places around here, I expected at great cut, not just ok. Id recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming barbershop feel.
Casey is by FAR the best hair stylist I have ever had. Not only is she extremely talented but she also truly cares about people and their goals. She has an amazing memory and anyone would be lucky to develop a relationship with her. Phil’s barber shop is an incredible environment and they are lucky to have Casey as a part of the team.
Got this amazing skin fade by Stephanie! Great conversation, really amazing attention to detail, and she was very easy to work with. She also taught me about my hair and what direction it grows in and how to style it with those things in mind! Highly recommend!
Dieser Laden ist großartig. Gutes Ambiente, sehr professionell, und Jordan hat ein erstaunliches Auge fürs Detail. Ich bat am Ende meines Haarschnitts um eine kleine Nachbesserung, und er hat sie gerne vorgenommen, selbst nachdem er mich zunächst abgewiesen und mich danach wieder sauber gemacht hatte. Hier bekommt man definitiv, wofür man bezahlt. Auch sehr sauber.
