Our experience at Que Onda Wey was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated. The service was warm and attentive, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything was very well priced. We ordered the choriqueso, volcán de asado, and five carnitas tacos. For two people, it was the perfect amount of food and every bite was packed with flavour. The drinks were just as impressive — we tried their homemade horchata, agua fresca de jamaica, and a michelada, all of which were spot on. To finish, we shared their house-made tres leches cake, and it was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. Please go and support this wonderful husband-and-wife team and the hard work they’re putting into creating such a great place to eat, drink, and socialise. We’ll absolutely be back.
This place is an absolute gem! We were so pleasantly surprised and so happy with the food - beyond delicious. Yum yum yum! Everything was absolutely fantastic. The owner, Gabo, is so sweet and incredibly hospitable. He’s also the chef, and wow, his food is truly amazing. Thank you Gabo, for the wonderful food. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you! P.S. it was our first time having a real authentic Mexican food.
What a find! We really enjoyed eating here, it’s a great vibe even on a week night (also helped along by the tequila 😁), with bright paintings on the walls and retro music video clips in the background. The staff are lovely and really made it a good experience. There are two pages of taco fillings, we shared 2 types (5 to a serve), and they were delicious with well balanced flavours and salsas. We’ll be back to try more. The share-style platters of tacos would make this a fun place to go with a group.
Absolutely delicious. My favourite dish was the Prawn taco, the only thing i would say is the medium size tacos are a bit small. Taste the prawn tacos 🤤
A small family business but the food is 100000000/100. Approved by my Mexican friends, this place was so good, just a bit loud but the staff and the owner was super nice and friendly, I even got a cake for my anniversary here. 100% worth to try, better make a reservation beforehand.
