I had a problem with my shower pull cord. I contacted RSS Electrical in Harborne and they came out and fixed the problem very quickly. The guys who came out were very customer focussed, professional and friendly. They are also coming back to install an outside light for me. The whole team are all very professional.
I reached out to RSS to put in a light and plug socket in the shed. They responded to my query very quickly and came out to fit it in no time. Their work is excellent and they are quick, efficient and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone
My experience was not pleasant. They scheduled a date to visit & replace fan. I sent them photo of my old fan that needs to be replaced. Due to miscommunication with my tenant, the fan was already replaced with a Bran New one before RSS visit. However, on arrival at site, and seeing a new Xpelair fan fitted, RSS engineer did not even sought clarification from client especially they can see a Brand New fan & it worked when they tried it. I was expecting in such a situation from a company to check with the client before replacing a new fan. When I asked them where did the new fan go they said (In the BIN)!.
RSS recently finished a complete rewire of my house and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very professional, understood what I wanted and recommended some much needed changes I hadn’t thought of. There was clear communication throughout, work completed to a high standard and place left pristine.
Extremely impressed with RSS, I will definitely be using this company for any future electrical work required. We had a doorbell installed and 3 double sockets added into various rooms in the property. Really great communication from start to finish. Ross came around to do view the work required, was quick to come back with a quote and book us in. Work was done quickly and efficiently on the day, tidying up any mess that had been made in the process. Ross and the team are a lovely and very professional i would recommend without hesitation.
