Found this company on a google search as needed some new light fittings and light switch. They were really easy to deal with, getting me a quick appointment. The electrician, James, arrived on time and was very friendly and progressional and did a fantastic and efficient job. The price was also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again for all things electric! Very pleased!
After being fobbed off by my own maintenance trying to tell me that my washing machine (less than 6 months old) was the problem, I phoned Agile Electrics to have a look. Turns out there was a fault with both the socket that my washing machine had been plugged into and some loose wiring in my fuse box which Mark sorted. Mark was really friendly and very reassuring. Will definitely be using this company again.
Fantastic company and an excellent job… After switching to an EV I was fortunate to stumble across Agile Electrics on Google… I’ so glad I did! Had seen some of the larger companies appear first and had filled in a several online quote forms… The more feedback I seen about the larger companies, the more dread I had! Mark came out promptly from Agile, explained what the process would involve, and advised on the type of charger I required, ensuring I understood the information. Five days later I have just plugged in the car to charge at home! Everything was included in the quote (seems this is not the case with many of the larger companies). Even had a follow up call from Agile to ensure everything was up and running correctly. Top marks - save yourself time, money & effort and call Agile
I was very happy from start to finish. I was given a quote over the phone by the operator who was very professional, he managed to give me an appointment for fitting the next working day which I was very pleased with. Dean the electrician arrived at my property and offered to take off his shoes before going upstairs to fit my pendant which was very thoughtful, a very polite young man and also very professional. Would definitely use your company again.
