11/10 customer service from Alicja, she made me and my friend feel so comfortable. she was the first face i saw and instantly felt welcomed . This continued all the way to the game where we were guided by vanessa who was amazing . oscar was a good laugh aswel, made us feel also welcomed which has been very rare in the customer service these days . 10/10 to management and staff. you guys are amazing. coming soon again.

We had a great time at this place, the cocktails from the robotic butler thing were cool and the actual game itself was great but we had a couple drawbacks. First off we felt the service wasn't that great, the person setting us up for the game seemed like they didn't really want to be there and it just felt a little awkward. Biggest issue was technical stuff, we had audio issues at the start with microphones needing to be replaced, but after halfway through our session the game started lagging and jittering, which got worse the further we got through the session. By the time it got really bad we were nearly done with the final scene so there wasn't much point in alreting staff, but its not great when you're spending so much money to be there for that experience. Overall great designed game (seekers of the shard) cool drinks gimmick but the performance of the VR games themselves left alot to be desired.

My 3rd visit today. Played Deadwood Phobia and it was wild, most immersive game I’ve played so far in my life. Heart was beating out of my chest- highly recommend for people who want a scary thrill. Staff have been lovely every time we’ve visited. Love the videos we get sent afterwards aswell, worth a try if you haven’t.

Mahnoor was absolutely amazing. Had a problem with the booking, absolutely my fault. She was able to find a resolution and assist in the most spectacular way. My daughter’s birthday carried on without a glitch .
