I loved working with Elizabeth and her team! As a wedding coordinator, I really appreciate when a catering team is communicative and adaptable, and they were both. The servers were professional and kind to guests, the food was fantastic, and the entire team stuck to the timeline perfectly. They handled a last-minute seating change with ease and were incredibly helpful during the full room flip from ceremony to dinner. It’s rare to find a team that’s both professional and easygoing, but they struck that balance beautifully. I would absolutely love to work with them again!

Not only was the food amazing, but they were so kind, communicative, and helpful with everything we could possibly need. I gladly give Sierra Catering 5 stars for outstanding service. There is really no compromise when creating your special wedding day reception dinner. Sierra Catering provided flawless service in all aspects to help the wedding at our Destination Wedding Venue flow beautifully. They were reliable, showing up with plenty of time and plenty of staff, well prepared, their food was delicious and beautifully displayed (family style), the servers were gracious, polite, professional and experienced. The mobile bar was a fun added bonus as well. We are very happy to highly recommend Elizabeth, Joseph and Sierra Catering for any event that you wish to be perfect.
