One of my kids favorite activities in all of the Denver Metro area!! We go everytime we are in town. The best part is I can participate with them! Its up to 300lbs I believe. Wonderful friendly staff snacks and drinks arcada games basketball court and a photo booth. They also do adult only nights which sounds pretty fun! Highly recommend checking this place out. There are groupons available for parents on a budget! And they do parties 🥳 🎉
We visited Slick City with a group of 12 and had a great experience overall. There was no wait to get in, though everyone was required to sign a waiver and purchase socks with grippy bottoms. Shoes are not allowed on the slides, so plan for that ahead of time. We chose the 90-minute pass, which was the perfect amount of time. Two hours would have been too long, as 90 minutes was more than enough to enjoy everything without feeling rushed or exhausted. There was a wide variety of slides that were fun and appropriate for all ages—from the youngest at 6 years old all the way up to the dads. It was great family-friendly fun and a solid option for group outings, parties, or family get-togethers, especially over the holidays. One thing to note: food on-site can get expensive quickly for a large group, so I wouldn’t recommend planning to eat much there. Also, bring your own water if possible—there’s no free water available, only bottled water for purchase. Non-participants are welcome to watch at no charge, and there’s a large seating area with tables to wait comfortably. However, non-sliders are also required to sign waivers, so it’s best to be prepared for that as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend Slick City for an active, fun family event.
I will start by saying that overall I enjoyed our less than 90 minutes at this place and so did my husband, 5 year old, and 1 year old. The worst part of the night was when I had to wait next in line for about 15 minutes to pay behind someone setting up or paying for a party. The lady at the desk didn't acknowledge me at all and another person didn't show up to help until two other groups came up behind me. It looked like one of the groups even left. Besides that waste of time experience, everyone else was polite and staff were on top of cleaning up mats that were left around. There were also older kids that looked about 10-12 years old in the under 5 climbing area running around and were also blocking/ hanging out at the end of slides. No staff were around to say anything at those times, but were around quite often other times. I'd like to think that my first experience at the desk doesn't happen all the time and was more like THAT person at that TIME, so I would definitely go back again. There weren't long lines, always mats available (some could use some repair), and slides vary on speed, there's two jumping basketball courts, and jumping gymnastics type area, arcade games, and a snack bar.
Fun, friendly and fabulous exercise! This place was a lot of fun. We went with my 5 year old during the "littles" time on Sundays which was great. I think it would have been a lot to track him in the building with many other bigger kids running around! He had a ton of fun on the slides and burned a good amount of energy climbing the towers. The employees were very helpful in getting us all set up with our pass. Overall a really amazing place to play indoors. We will be back!
My 13-year-old son and I had a great time here. We bought a two hour pass, and that was plenty of time to enjoy everything and feel satisfied with our experience. We went on a weekday day during the summer, and it was not too busy or crowded. You have to rent lockers for your stuff if you don’t have someone to leave it with. I was very impressed with the staff, they were all really helpful and cheerful, and did a good job of keeping kids safe.
