I went in today to purchase some balloons. Unfortunately, the color I wanted didn’t come in a smaller size quantity. However, I was given the incorrect price for purchasing individually. I ended up getting another color for that reason. After I checked out, another sales rep then stated individual were only 2 for $1. I asked if I would be able to get a refund to do that instead to which the clerk responded “NO”. That was upsetting because originally she had gave me a price of $2.50ish per individual balloon. Had she asked before I paid I would’ve gone that route instead.

Very Last minute AND delivery was no problem for them! They came through with a beautiful bouquet of roses with very little notice, during the rush of Valentine’s Thank You!

store is good and all, but the employees be making some of the dumbest comments that makes a customer not want to shop, next time i’ll make sure to not take my whole family since that was the issue
