If you have been disappointed and frustrated by other heating and airconditioning people for a while, please give Southern Homes a call. There is a very high chance that they might restore your trust with humanity again. Ashley, Justin, Will, Chris, Noah, and Andy have all worked together so well to deliver an exemplary and high quality job. From diagnosing our OLD HVAC’s serious issues, arriving at the well-informed decision of choosing the right New Unit, seamless installation of it, and even up to making sure that the unit is functioning well and that the area is clean before leaving. Respectful, has word of honor, compassionate, very knowledgeable and skilled, and has high level of workmanship are few of the words that I can think to describe their staff. I’m sure I can add more very positive descriptions about them if I get another chance to review their company. Oh, and they even have gone above and beyond by helping us with other stuff that they did not have to do but did out of compassion and the desire to do great service. Southern Homes, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Couldn't ask for better service. Installed new air handler & heat pump, looks and runs great. Removed old system & cleaned up like it was never there. Answered all my questions and workmen's ship was excellent. The price I paid was below what I expected and lifetime workmanship warranty. Highly recommend Southern Home Heating and Air.

Great experience overall, Justin came out to try to troubleshoot our old unit and ultimately we needed to replace after other company couldn't fix after three weeks. Justin came out the day I called and they installed the next day. Exceptional customer service made it easy for my mom, thank you Justin, Bryson, Chris, Noah and the rest if the team for saving the day!!! There's a reason they have ~350 reviews with 5 stars.

We were referred by our HVAC service because he was medically unavailable. Our heat had stopped working at 3:00 AM. Tanner arrived about 10:30 AM and tested and reset the system. He was knowledgeable and told us what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and returned that same afternoon. We are so impressed with the services and highly recommend Southern Homes and both Tanner and Ashley for their efforts on our behalf. Excellent experience! Thank you.

Our heat went out and needed to be replaced. They have weekend emergency service and the new system was installed in about a half a day on Wednesday following the weekend. Basically had to wait 2 business days which was really not bad at all. The crew were all very nice and explained the new system how it works before leaving of course. I would recommend them and the heat feels so good. Hopefully the summer air will be great too!
