Donna is an amazing therapist, so knowledgeable and professional. I noticed a massive different in my face after my lymphatic facial. I also had a beautiful salt scrub after my massage and my skin felt amazing. I would definitely recommend 🩷
This was my first treatment at Spa in the City and I booked a hot stones massage. Janine was brilliant and let me know how she would do the massage. I felt so relaxed afterwards. Everyone who I interacted with at Spa in the City were so lovely, I’ll definitely book in again
Excellent experience and will 1000% be back. I booked the spa day for my sister, aunt, mum and I to help boost moral after my mums cancer diagnosis. Gemma and her team were so loving, gracious and professional especially when advising they would be unable to perform certain treatments on my mum because of her diagnosis. They treated her so kindly and made her feel safe and really looked after her! Gemma especially went out of her way to ensure, that despite the lack of treatments available for my mum, that she was looked after and made to feel relaxed and pampered. Gemma and her team were fantastic and are an asset to the company! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality - it meant a lot to my mum but also my family and I knowing there are still good people in the world. Thank you xx
I went for a luxury pedicure & a 30 min soothing aromatherapy. We were welcomed by your friendly staff & talked through the process as I booked 2 treatments. Both treatments were absolutely amazing. Very relaxing & your team (Sasha & Janine, who looked after my daughter) really made the experience. Definitely will be back. Thank you :)
