We have not been able to watch our TV since last Thursday. It is the biggest screwed up mess ever. Sphere has been here 3 times and it is worse now than when they first came. They came back and kept working on the issue and finally got the problem which was complex resolved. I previously rated the a 1 but now I would like to change that to a 5. They satisfied all of my concerns.

Professional and definitely first class! We had a Control 4 company out of Montgomery attempt to repair our system after a devastating lightning strike and after a full year, out of desperation, I called Sphere for help. Chris showed up, assessed, recommended and we were off to a great repair! We mostly worked with Kyle on the install and I cannot say enough for him. He is pretty much a magician! Two weeks later…new system and better than ever! This is the first time we have truly been excited about Control 4! Thank you Sphere…and the whole team! Especially Kyle who still continues to show full interest in our satisfaction!

Sphere Audio Video just finished a project for me at my Smith Lake home. Chris was great to work with! He designed an amazing system to meet my current needs with the ability to expand as my needs change. Marcus installed and programed the Control4 system . He was very thorough and helped me understand how to operate all of the components like a pro! He was even available for follow up questions weeks later!! I highly recommend Sphere Audio Video to anyone with Audio/Video/Lighting/Security/Home Automation needs.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Sphere, especially Marcus.  He not only is knowledgeable on the various products we have installed, but listens to what we want and need and provides good guidance.  Marcus doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need and watches out for things we may need to think about (like replacing batteries in sensors).  He is always respectful of our time and property and goes above and beyond to be sure we not only are satisfied but that we know how to operate and use what we have.  We can’t say enough good things about Sphere and Marcus.

Diese Jungs sind klasse! Sie hatten die monumentale Aufgabe, unser Heim-Sicherheits-/AV-/Automationssystem nachzurüsten, und sie waren der Herausforderung völlig gewachsen! Unsere alte Technologie funktionierte einfach nicht mehr mit einem Unternehmen, das verkauft worden war, und für das keine Updates mehr angeboten wurden. Sphere Technologies war bei Angeboten reaktionsschnell, gründlich in ihren Schätzungen und super flexibel, mit ihnen zu arbeiten, während wir basierend auf ihren Empfehlungen im Laufe der Zeit weitere Funktionen hinzufügten! Sie kennen sich wirklich aus und ich fand das gesamte Personal höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Installation hat aufgrund der Größe der Aufgabe etwas länger gedauert, aber ich könnte mit dem Endergebnis nicht glücklicher sein! Vielen Dank an Hunter, Barry, Jacob, Marcus, Nick, Chris und Hayden! Es hat viel Spaß gemacht!
