NOT SAFE!!!!! The staff come off as friendly, but don't let them fool you half of them don't care and the other half just want your money. They will put on fake smiles and friendly voices, but the second they get your dog into the group they are treated horrible. Dogs are getting hurt or sick daily. Communicating between staff is non-existent. The owners are never there. My Dog went in a little nervous but was interested and curious. I went to pick him up, hes shaking and had patches of fur missing. Once we got home I then realized he had a puncture wound on his neck. Dogs are not supervised or trained at this facility. Owners never reached out or took accountability. They are severely understaffed. My dog was one of many traumatized from this place. If your dog seems anxious or hesitant to be here it's for a reason. Keep your loved fur baby safe and away from this place!

Bringing Arty, our Silver Miniature Poodle to Stay Pet Hotel was a real game changer for us. Arty was a young dog with confidence issues, but once we got him set up at Stay, he became a new dog! He no longer needs his anxiety medication and in fact loves going to Stay, and can hardly wait to get out of the car! We are very grateful to the incredible staff, especially his very favorites; Heather and Elizabeth! Can’t say enough good things about Stay Pet Hotel and their amazing staff.

Our 2.5 year-old mini American Shepherd, Gnocchi has the best time at Stay! The humans are wonderful (shout out to Sidney) and recognize her after boarding for the last couple years. Super convenient pick up from the airport too. Thanks for your thoughtful communications and dedication to our pets, Stay family!

Stay Pet Hotel is THE BEST! My pup is OBSESSED with this place and would probably never leave if she could. She ADORES the staff, the other dogs, and the facility. This is our go-to place for doggy daycare and boarding. Thank you Ava, Sami, Leland (sp!), Kim, and the rest of the Stay staff for taking care of Nyx!

Our rescue pup Barry went for 1.5 years. Best doggy daycare in Portland hands-down! They’re incredibly friendly, responsive and professional. The staff treated my pit mix (from a nervous puppy to an energetic teenager) so well - helping with training and tiring him out with indoor and outdoor play. Just going to daycare weekly improved his demeanor and our home life dramatically. We moved but hope to bring him for boarding soon. I only wish there was a SE location. Thanks SPH! You’re the best.
