Let's start with the reservation. So I booked my table 4 hours earlier and when I showed up they had no clue and gave us the table literally in front of toilet this was extremely bad start and straight turn off for me but anyways we didn't leave as you don't have any decent option available for halal steaks anywhere near Cardiff. I requested one of the staff to change our table after ordering and they did change thanks to that staff member. We ordered couple of things for starters and requested them to bring everything before mains including chips for my 5 years old, they missed the chips when I very politely asked the staff he just lied on my face that I didn't tell him to bring chips aswell he could've handled this any other way. Anyways I don't like making scenes so I just ignored. Now food, it was absolutely delicious lamb chops were just amazing. Steaks were really good but a bit overcooked for medium. So if you're into medium order medium rare instead. My drink was fine, as I ordered lemonade, but my wife ordered cola (Coke). I respect that you are boycotting, but customers shouldn't pay a hefty price for a substandard drink; it was horrendous cola. Either don't charge customers extra or provide a good alternate drink. My conclusion is, would I recommend it? Yes, but only if you're looking for a halal option for steak and don't mind other things, as the food is really good. If you're not specifically looking for halal, I'm sure there are plenty of other options available. Hopefully it will be better experience next time.

What a lovely place! Food is really tasty and comes out quick! The service was great, my children can be fussy and nobody moaned. This is perfect for a nice meal out and the prices are great aswell

Had an amazing experience at Steakout Cardiff and it truly lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the service was welcoming and efficient. Since we were fasting, the staff kindly offered us dates to break our fast, which was a really thoughtful touch. One of the great things about this place is that it’s fully halal, which made it an easy choice for us. Knowing we could enjoy a proper steak without any concerns was a big plus. Now onto the food, it was definitely the best part of the evening. The steaks were very reasonably priced, which is always appreciated when dining out. I went for the porterhouse steak, cooked medium rare, and paired it with mashed potatoes and pepper sauce. The steak was an absolute delight to cut into, tender, juicy, and cooked just right. Every bite was full of flavour and the pepper sauce worked perfectly with it. The mash was smooth, creamy, and just the right consistency. No complaints at all. To top it off, I got a Snickers shake and it hit the spot. Creamy, thick, and full of that chocolatey nutty goodness. Really satisfying and a nice treat after a long fast. Service was fast and attentive throughout. The staff kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was clean and had a nice, chilled atmosphere. The only thing that stood out to me was seeing the staff, who were also fasting, not getting the chance to break their own fast. I genuinely wouldn’t have minded if they paused for five or ten minutes to eat something before continuing with service. They were working hard and still gave great service but I do hope management allows them that little break. Overall, Steakout Cardiff was a solid experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great halal food, good prices, and excellent service. What more can you ask for.

Came here Saturday for a birthday meal. For starters, We had a mix of spicy wings and honey and mustard which were very nice. Then we all had steaks, I had the t bone done steakout style. Was very tasty but a bit overcooked as I ordered medium and it wasn't quite. Everyone was happy with thier meals though. Service was very good and staff were friendly.

Steakout is our family favourite and never fails to disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection and very flavoursome. My favourite is the loaded fries. Service was excellent and great singing from the guys who brought out my children’s birthday cake! Thank you! Highly recommend 👌🏽
